1. The mission at Always Remember A Beloved, Inc. is to provide a forum for Parents to create a perpetual memorial to the Child who has died.

2. Official Submission Form is to be PRINTED and completed only in hand-written text.

3. Official Submission Form completed in hand-written text is to be mailed to the following address:

*ALL Three (3) of the above Rules on How to Submit for Publication must be followed in order for an Official Hand-Written Submission Form to be posted on the Always Remember A Beloved, Inc. web site.

Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for an Official Hand-Written Submission Form to be posted on the Always Remember A Beloved, Inc. web site.

Always Remember A Beloved, Inc. reserves the right to edit and revise any submissions for usage, grammar and spelling submitted for publication on our web site.

Once a written submission and any additional memorabilia, including but not limited to, photographs, are received by Always Remember A Beloved, Inc., these items become the explicit property of and are subject to the exclusive use by Always Remember A Beloved, Inc. and will not be returned to you. Once a submission is made and given to Always Remember A Beloved, Inc., you surrender all potential copyright claims, either known or unknown, to any such written materials or artwork.
